Trent Brown is an executive director at PGIM Real Estate. Based in Los Angeles, Trent is responsible for originating a broad range of commercial mortgage products on behalf of Core, Core Plus, and Structured investors, including Prudential’s General Account, and the Agencies – Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA. Trent focuses on clients in Southern California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah and Colorado.
Prior to joining PGIM Real Estate, Trent was a director in Wells Fargo Bank’s real estate capital markets group, originating commercial mortgage-backed securities and floating rate bank products. Prior to that, Trent was an investment officer and originator in John Hancock Life Insurance Company’s commercial real estate finance group.
Trent has dual bachelor’s degrees with honors — in economics and business administration — from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, and a Master of Business Administration in finance and real estate from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
