The PGIM Real Estate Fund is an interval fund that seeks to provide investors with structural benefits such as liquidity1, transparency, and access. The Fund is focused on providing:

1 The Fund is an “interval fund,” a type of fund which, in order to provide liquidity to shareholders, has adopted a fundamental investment policy to make quarterly offers to repurchase between 5% and 25% of its outstanding common stock at net asset value. Subject to applicable law and approval of the Board, for each quarterly repurchase offer, the Fund currently expects to offer to repurchase 5% of the Fund’s outstanding common stock on the repurchase request deadline at the net asset value per common stock as of the repurchase pricing date. In the event a repurchase offer is oversubscribed and in accordance with rules promulgated by the SEC, the Fund may accept for purchase additional outstanding shares of common stock representing up to 2.0% of the aggregate NAV of its outstanding common stock without amending or extending the tender offer.
