TRAINING

The sustainability landscape is complex, and navigating it well requires a deep understanding of client expectations and ever evolving regulatory and market dynamics. Making sense of it can be difficult. Therefore, PGIM investment groups and central functions offer various training and professional development opportunities for dedicated sustainability teams as well as non-sustainability specalist employees. Staying competitive in this rapidly evolving landscape requires a deep understanding of sustainability-related factors, making training essential for effective intregation and sucess in sustainable investing. PGIM offers an online sustainability training programme accessible to any employee who wants to learn what sustainability means in an investment context, how we approach sustainability at PGIM with a fiduciary lens, and the sustainability expertise and capabilities that each of our investment groups offer clients who want to advance their sustainability goals and priorities. After completing this training, our colleagues not only have a deeper understanding of why and how each of PGIM's investment groups approach sustainability, but also, how our client-centric approach enables us to serve the needs of all our clients.
