Marc Firestein

Marc Firestein is a Principal and the Co-Head of the Consumer ABS Research for PGIM Fixed Income. Mr. Firestein is responsible for co-leading the Consumer ABS credit team in analyzing consumer ABS transactions, assigning internal credit and ESG ratings, reviewing transaction documentation, conducting issuer due diligence, working closely with portfolio management to determine relative attractiveness, and conducting surveillance on existing investments and industry trends. Prior to his current role, Mr. Firestein specialized in Private ABS, focusing on complex investment opportunities. Prior to joining the Firm in 2022, Mr. Firestein was a Director in Credit Suisse’s Securitized Products group, structuring inaugural securitizations and capital relief transactions. Previously, he was the Head of RMBS & ABS Strategy for Credit Suisse from 2013-2017. Mr. Firestein holds a BA with honors from Brown University.
