Khanh Pham is an executive director at PGIM Real Estate. Based in New York, Khanh is responsible for originating a broad range of commercial mortgage products on behalf of Core, Core Plus, and High Yield investors, including Prudential’s General Account, U.S. Core Fund, U.S. Debt Fund, and the 
Agencies—Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA. 
Prior to joining PGIM Real Estate, she served as managing director of CIBC’s Commercial Real Estate Group in New York, where she was responsible for originating and structuring complex debt solutions for institutional sponsors across the Northeast. She began her career at Lehman Brothers as a senior underwriter in its Principal Transaction Group, investing the firm’s balance sheet in real estate equity opportunities. Khanh advanced to vice president and principal of Lehman Brothers’ inaugural $1.1 billion mezzanine fund, where she originated, underwrote, and closed high-leverage, opportunistic transactions. Subsequently, as part of Lehman’s Real Estate Bridge & Co-Investment Equity Group, she helped raise more than $7 billion of equity capital.
Khanh has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Mount Holyoke College and a masters degree in Public Policy, University of California, Berkeley. Khanh is engaged in professional and community organizations, including the Real Estate Lenders Association and various advisory boards in New York.
