For the fifth year in a row, Pensions & Investments has named PGIM a “Best Place to Work in Money Management.” PGIM secured the number 3 spot in the ranking for managers with 1,000 employees or more.
The Pensions & Investments Best Places to Work in Money Management list recognizes employers that provide an exemplary employee experience, based on a survey of thousands of employees at asset managers throughout the United States.
PGIM survey respondents ranked the firm highest in the culture, manager relationships and overall employee engagement categories while highlighting that the organization’s people, inclusive environment, and flexibility set the company apart.
“I was particularly pleased to see that overall employee engagement is on the rise—with more employees than ever sharing that they find purpose in their work and feel they are part of a team with a common goal,” said PGIM CEO David Hunt. “As I finish my final year as CEO of PGIM, I am reminded what an incredible privilege it continues to be to lead an organization that places so much value in taking care of one another and one that continues to invest in our people and our business.”
