Elise Moulinier

Elise Moulinier is an Executive Director in the Direct Lending group for PGIM’s private credit platform, based in Paris. She leads sponsor coverage in Continental Europe on behalf of the Direct Lending Group, a role that sees her responsible for originating and underwriting middle-market Direct Lending investments and managing the portfolio. Elise is also a member of the European Direct Lending Investment Committee.

Elise joined PGIM in 2022 from Allianz Global Investors in Paris, where she had worked as a Senior Portfolio Manager since 2018. At Allianz Global Investors, Elise focused on senior debt and direct lending investments in France and Iberia, and was responsible for the coverage of PE funds and advisors in those markets. Prior to that, Elise spent over a decade at HSBC in France in various roles, ranging from corporate and investment banking to middle-market leveraged finance.

Elise received a MA from Emlyon Business School.
