Ms. Murphy is Vice President-Fund Risk for PGIM Investments (Ireland) Ltd. She is responsible for overseeing fund risk on the UCITs platform.
Prior to joining PGIM, Ms. Murphy was a Portfolio Manager on the Multi Asset team at Federated Hermes, producing quantitative multi asset solutions, and advising on an Emerging Market mandate. She also worked as a Senior Quantitative analyst for the business from 2010 to 2020 monitoring portfolio risks, performing fund due diligence, as well as contributing to the creation of a systematic strategy. Before moving into asset management, she spent over three years working at Standard and Poor’s Rating Agency in its Structured Finance division. She earned a First-Class Honours BSc Finance from University College Cork, is a Chartered Financial Analyst since 2015 and earned the CAIA designation in 2011.
