Carl Sacklén is an Investment Associate and Emerging Market Economist for PGIM Fixed Income, based in London. Mr. Sacklén assists with integrating macroeconomic views for the CEEMEA region to support alpha generation in rates, FX, and sovereign credit markets. Prior to joining the firm in 2025, he was a Sovereign Credit Analyst at S&P Global covering issuers in emerging Europe, the Balkans, Caucasus, and parts of the Middle East. Mr. Sacklén holds a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago and an MSc in Economic History from the London School of Economics.
