Elizabeth Velazquez is an executive director at PGIM Real Estate. Based in San Francisco, Liz is responsible for sourcing commercial mortgage investments in Northern California and originating a broad range of commercial mortgage products on behalf of Core, Core Plus, and High Yield investors, including Prudential’s General Account, and the Agencies – Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA.
Liz is an established professional with considerable experience in the commercial real estate industry. Since joining the company in 2003, Liz has been meaningfully involved in numerous loan transactions across major real estate asset classes, including a Fannie Mae loan valued at $936 million and more than $1.0 billion in mortgage loans in Mexico. She has closed $1.3 billion in regional mall originations.
Liz has a Bachelor of Science with honors in business administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
