Credit Partner, Direct Lending
Dianna Carr-Coletta is a Managing Director and Partner within PGIM's Alternatives Direct Lending Group and currently is a member of the Direct Lending Investment Committee. Mrs. Carr-Coletta oversees teams that are responsible for origination, underwriting and portfolio management of our sponsored and non-sponsored investments in the Direct Lending Asset class. She is also involved in fundraising and related activities for the Direct Lending platform.
Prior to this role, she was a Managing Director leading our Corporate and Project Workout team and oversaw the management and restructuring of non-performing investments. Previously, Mrs. Carr-Coletta was an Executive Director in PGIM's Chicago Corporate Finance group. In this role, she led a team responsible for marketing, originating and managing investment grade and below investment grade private placement, direct lending, mezzanine and structured equity investments in Michigan and Wisconsin, with prior geographies that also included Southern Ohio and Kentucky.
In 2025, Mrs. Carr-Coletta was named as one of the Defined Contribution Institutional Investment Association’s (DCIIA) Leaders. She is also a current member of the Girls Who Invest Advisory Board.
Mrs. Carr-Coletta received a BA from Michigan State University and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
