John McNichols, CFA

John McNichols, CFA is Managing Director, Head of Private Credit Investment Product & Strategy. He oversees the commercialization effort around PGIM’s private credit offerings, as well as working with Multi Sector team on public private credit portfolio construction and relative value. He is a member of the PGIM Public Private Credit Asset Allocation Council. Previously, John was Managing Director, Portfolio Manager at Barings, where he managed multi strategy private credit portfolios and oversaw firm-wide private credit relative value research and strategy.

John holds a BA in Economics from Davidson College and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
