PGIM Real Estate Head of Asset and Farm Management
Christopher Jay is a managing director, chief operating officer and chief financial officer for Agricultural Finance & Investments at PGIM Real Estate. Chris oversees the operations and finance functions of the agricultural real estate investments, including asset management and farm management.
Chris joined PGIM in 1993 as a staff accountant and has been promoted through the ranks to his present level of chief operating officer and chief financial officer.
Chris graduated with honors from the University of Chicago with a master’s degree which included concentrations in finance, accounting, and economics, and holds a bachelor’s degree from DePaul University. In addition, he passed the Uniform CPA Examination in 1995.
Chris is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Illinois CPA Society (ICPAS) and is a current member and the former chair for the NCREIF Farmland Committee.
