PGIM Real Estate Executive Director, Agency Financing
Jack Goldenberg is an Executive Director at PGIM Real Estate, based in New York, NY. In this role, he oversees nationwide multifamily financing and specializes in originating loans through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA. Additionally, Jack has access to proprietary PGIM capital sources, including Core, Debt Fund, and Bridge to Agency, and he also maintains strong relationships with a broad network of lender correspondents and equity sources. With over $3 billion in multifamily originations experience, primarily through the Agencies, he brings extensive expertise to PGIM.
Prior to joining PGIM Real Estate, Jack served as a Vice President in the Multifamily Finance group at Capital One, where he led a direct originations team and contributed to the growth of the firm’s correspondent relationship platform to approximately $5 billion in annual agency volume.
Jack holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from Tulane University. He was recognized in Commercial Observer’s 2023 25 Under 35 list of Top Young Professionals in finance.
