PGIM Real Estate Executive Director
Jon Dominguez is an Executive Director with PGIM Real Estate’s Agricultural Investments team. In this role, he is primarily responsible for farmland acquisitions and dispositions for the Western United States on behalf of third-party institutional investors. Jon is located in Fresno, CA.
Jon joined PGIM Real Estate’s Agricultural Finance in 2018 and managed farmland mortgage investments and lending originations throughout the Southwest region of the United States before transitioning to PGIM’s Agricultural Investments team.
Prior to PGIM, Jon was a Senior Vice President with Citibank - Global and National Industries. In this role he supported Mid Corporate Food and Agribusiness clients across the United States. Jon has over 19 years of investment experience involving land acquisitions and dispositions, loan originations, M&A Financing, underwriting, credit and portfolio management and international lending. Jon earned a BA in Finance from California State University, Fresno and an M.B.A. in Accounting and Business Management from California State University, Fresno. Additionally, Mr. Dominguez is a licensed Real Estate Broker in California.
