Neel Gandhi leads the Human Resources team for PGIM. In this role, Mr. Gandhi is responsible for creating value through talent and organizational practices along with the effective and efficient delivery of HR services. Prior to this role, he was a partner at McKinsey & Company, where he worked with leading financial institutions and other organizations across a variety of sectors, helping his clients build and strengthen their HR functions and talent capabilities. Passionate about the power of people, his work with clients at McKinsey demonstrated how HR can create maximum value for businesses, including driving end-to-end HR transformations, developing talent strategies for global workforces and building healthy, high-performance organizational cultures. Before McKinsey & Company, Gandhi was an equity research analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston and an investments officer for the City of New York. He received a B.A. in economics and political science from Yale University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
