Jessup Wiley is an Executive Director at PGIM Real Estate and a member of the PGIM Agricultural Debt Team. Based in Frenso, Jessup is responsible for servicing Central and Northern California including the Sacramento Valley, with a commodity focus that includes tree nuts, row crops, and vineyards and wineries.
Jessup brings over 20 years of experience in agriculture-related industries, including 13 years in agricultural lending. Before joining PGIM Real Estate, Jessup served as regional head for California and Arizona at Rabo AgriFinance, a Rabobank subsidiary. Earlier in his career, Jessup held roles in marketing, strategy, and client management, following six years in sales and product management in the wine industry.
Jessup holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from California State University, Fresno. He is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School and completed the corresponding Executive Leadership Training Program at the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business.
