Paul Geyer is a managing director at PGIM Real Estate. Based in Dallas, Paul oversees the Dallas office and is responsible for originating a broad range of commercial mortgage products on behalf of Core, Core Plus, and High Yield investors, including Prudential’s General Account, and the Agencies – Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA.
Paul has more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate finance industry. Prior to joining the company in 2002, he led loan origination teams at both J.P. Morgan Mortgage Capital Inc. and Nomura Asset Capital Corp. Paul previously was with Prudential, representing the company in both equity and debt transactions.
Paul has a bachelor’s degree in economics from DePauw University and an MBA from the University of Chicago. Paul is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, the Mortgage Bankers Association, the International Council of Shopping Centers and The Real Estate Council of Dallas.
