Caroline Wenker

Caroline Wenker is a Vice President and portfolio manager for PGIM Fixed Income’s Municipal Bond Team. Prior to joining the Firm in 2025, Ms. Wenker served as a portfolio manager within Municipal Fixed Income at Neuberger Berman. In this role, she managed short duration and taxable municipal portfolios for institutional investors as well as separately managed accounts for the firm’s private wealth clients. Prior to Neuberger Berman, Ms. Wenker began her career at Goldman Sachs where she was a product manager for the firm’s short duration and money market strategies within the Investment Management Division. She is a current board member of the Municipal Bond Women’s Club of New York (MBWCNY) and previously served as board President. Ms. Wenker received a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from University of Washington.
