  • Quarterly Returns (Quarterly SEC Returns) - The fund’s total return calculated according to standards set forth by the SEC, taking into account sales charges and expenses. These returns are generally referred to as standardized performance, which reflect the average annual total return of the fund for the most recent 1, 5, and 10-year periods (or life of the share class, if less), as of the most recent calendar quarter.
  • Prosp (Prospectus) - A prospectus is a document which provides all of the details about a mutual fund—including its investment strategy, risk profile, performance history, management, and fees—in a document called the prospectus. You should always read the prospectus before investing in a fund.
  • NAV ($) - Net asset value is the daily price for a share of a mutual fund. This dollar value is computed by subtracting the fund’s liabilities from its assets and dividing by the number of shares outstanding.
  • NAV Change ($) - Shows the change in value (USD) from the previous day.
  • NAV Change (%) - Shows the change in percentage from the previous day.
  • 52 Week High ($) - This is the highest NAV for the previous 52 weeks.
  • 52 Week Low ($) - This is the lowest NAV for the previous 52 weeks.
  • Daily Yield (%) - Calculates the portfolio’s yield based on net income earned over the previous one day, assuming that the income earned on the principal is not reinvested in the fund.
  • Dividend - A payment declared that is distributed to shareholders from the net investment income of a mutual fund.
  • POP ($) - The public offering price is the price a shareholder would pay to purchase shares of a fund that has up-front sales charges (POP = NAV + sales charges). The POP shown includes the maximum sales charges applicable: a shareholder may actually pay less, depending on the amount of their purchases. See a current prospectus of the fund for a breakpoint schedule.

Yields

These returns are generally referred to as standardized performance, which reflect the average annual total return of the fund for the most recent 1, 5, and 10-year periods (or life of the share class, if less), as of the most recent calendar quarter.
  • Prospectus - A prospectus is a document which provides all of the details about a mutual fund—including its investment strategy, risk profile, performance history, management, and fees—in a document called the prospectus. You should always read the prospectus before investing in a fund.
  • Net asset value is the daily price for a share of a mutual fund. This dollar value is computed by subtracting the fund’s liabilities from its assets and dividing by the number of shares outstanding.
  • 30-Day Current Yield (%) – Calculates the portfolio’s yield based on net income earned over the previous 30 days, assuming that the income earned on the principal is not reinvested in the fund.
  • SEC 30-Day Subsidized Yield (%) –  A standardized yield calculation created by the Securities and Exchange Commission, it reflects the income earned during a 30-day period, after the deduction of the fund's net expenses (net of any expense waivers or reimbursements).
  • SEC 30-Day Unsubsidized Yield (%) –  A standardized yield calculation created by the Securities and Exchange Commission, it reflects the income earned during a 30-day period, after the deduction of the fund's gross expenses.
  • Offer Distribution Yield (%) - Measures the amount of net income that has been distributed over the past 30 days divided by the fund's offering price (i.e., the fund's net asset value plus the maximum initial sales charge associated with Class A shares). The calculation excludes the effect of any non-recurring or special income distributions.
  • NAV Distribution Yield - Measures the amount of net income that has been distributed over the previous 30 days divided by the fund's average net asset value for the period. The calculation excludes the effect of any non-recurring or special income distributions.
  • SEC-30 Day Subsidized Taxable Equivalent Yield (%) – The yield that a taxable bond fund would have to pay in order to produce the same yield as a tax-exempt investment, such as municipal bond fund. Taxable equivalent yields are calculated using SEC 30 Day Subsidized yield. The taxable equivalent yield calculation uses the maximum federal individual income tax rate. The calculation for state-specific funds uses the maximum state tax rate, in addition to the federal tax rate, in the calculation of the taxable equivalent yield, but does not reflect any federal deduction of state income taxes.
  • 12-Month Distribution Rate (%) –  is calculated by taking the sum of the trailing 12-month distributions divided by the last month's ending NAV per share. The 12-month distribution rate calculation includes ordinary income (all or a portion of which may be a return of capital) and excludes special distributions. Please refer to the most recent Section 19 Notice, if applicable, for additional information regarding the composition of distributions. Final determination of a distribution’s tax character will be made on Form 1099 DIV sent to shareholders each January.
