Christian P. Schark is a Vice President with Transactions at PGIM Real Estate. Based in Singapore, Christian is responsible for the execution and portfolio management of data center investments in Asia, Europe and the United States.
Before joining PGIM Real Estate, Christian was a Principal at SpaceDC, a Singapore based data center operator and manager, responsible for analyzing and executing data center investments across tier one and emerging markets in Asia.
Prior to this he spent six years with Abu Dhabi Investment Authority as part of the European and Asia Real Estate Investment teams where he was involved in more than $2.0 billion of real estate transactions.
Christian started his career with Krammer & Wagner Real Estate commercializing shopping centers in Austria and Eastern Europe and at Tristan Capital Partners in London investing across opportunistic and value-added real estate strategies.
Christian received a masters degree in real estate finance from the University of Cambridge, a bachelor’s degree in business administration and masters of business administration from the Karl-Franzens-University in Graz and completed the executive education in real estate economics at European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel.
