Josh Shipley is a Managing Director and Head of Europe overseeing the Frankfurt, London, Madrid, Milan and Paris Global Corporate Finance offices for PGIM, including private placement, mezzanine, and direct lending activity in those regions. He is also a member of the investment committee of PGIM's direct lending platform and leads the European direct lending efforts. Previously, Josh was responsible for originating and overseeing senior debt and mezzanine activity in PGIM’s Italy, Portugal, Spain, UK, LatAm, Australia and New Zealand territories. He joined PGIM in 2001.
Mr. Shipley received a BA from Illinois Wesleyan University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
