Lana Kuznetsova
Lana Kuznetsova is an investment vice president with PGIM Real Estate. Based in Sydney, Lana is responsible for assessment and analysis of real estate debt and equity deals and ongoing portfolio management across funds.
Lana joined PGIM Real Estate in 2020 with over 16 years in the real estate banking and non bank lending sectors, having built strong credit and risk analysis skills.
Prior to joining PGIM Real Estate, Lana spent 11 years with Westpac Banking Corporation where she held senior analytical and relationship management roles within institutional property and mid market property, looking after listed and unlisted REITS, large private groups and funds. More recently, Lana worked for a private non bank lending start-up focused on real estate development financing. In her capacity as an investment director, Lana was responsible for deal assessment, structuring, investor engagement and monitoring of repayment process.
Earlier in her career, Lana worked at ANZ Banking Group which she joined in 2002 as a branch teller. Lana worked as an assistant relationship manager in Business Bank, later transitioning into a specialized property division of Institutional Bank.
Lana holds a bachelor of economics and finance with 1st class honours from Pacific State University of Economics, Russia and a masters of applied finance from the University of Western Sydney. Lana also received a grant of president of Russian Federation scholarship for study abroad (1999). Lana is Russian and has lived and worked in Australia since 1999.
