Masaki Arimura
Masaki Arimura is a managing director at PGIM Real Estate and a member of the Asia Pacific Business Development team serving institutional investors in Japan. Based in Tokyo, Masaki is responsible for client relationship management and capital raising for PGIM Real Estate’s global products across real estate, agriculture and impact, as well as the coordination of business development activities between PGIM and Montana Capital Partners – a PGIM-owned global private equity secondaries manager.
Before joining PGIM Real Estate, Masaki worked at Calyon Securities, where he was an executive director responsible for client relationship development covering major financial institutions and led strategic marketing activities of CMBS and credit structured products. Earlier, he worked at several major securities firms, including Credit Suisse Securities, Deutsche Securities and Bankers Trust. He accumulated client communication skills and product knowledge through a wide range of institutional business activities, including commercial real estate financing, CMBS structuring and marketing, fund raising for private real estate funds and debt instrument funds.
Masaki has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Doshisha University and a master of business administration degree from the New York University Stern School of Business, New York.
