Steven Bulloch
Steve Bulloch is a managing director at PGIM Real Estate and head of Australia. Steve established PGIM’s Australian presence in 2011 and is based in Sydney, covering both equity and debt businesses. Steve is also a member of the Asia Pacific Executive Committee, chairs the Asia Pacific Investment Committees and is head of Asia Pacific Debt.
Steve’s diverse experience includes the creation of real estate fund platforms, acquisition and disposition of landmark assets, major property development, providing and arranging project finance, and various M&A and advisory activities.
Before joining PGIM Real Estate, Steve spent more than six years at the Westpac Group as an executive director and head of property for both Westpac Funds Management and Hastings Funds Management. In both cases, he was a member of the Executive Leadership team and Investment Committees for real estate, infrastructure, and private debt. Prior to that, Steve spent more than eight years with Macquarie Bank’s Property Investment Banking team, where he led a number of high-profile real estate and corporate transactions. Steve started his career as a research & advisory analyst for Hooker Corporate/Knight Frank.
Steve has a bachelor’s degree in business (land economy) with honors from the University of Western Sydney, and a graduate diploma in applied finance and investment, FINSIA.
