PGIM hires Sancia Dalley to lead DEI investment strategies
Continuing PGIM’s long-standing commitment to economic equity in asset management.
In 2020, we created the Ron Andrews Diversity Scholarship (RADS) Program to help advance diversity in the asset management industry. This merit-based scholarship honors retired head of Human Resources for the U.S. Businesses of Prudential Financial, Inc. (PFI), Ron Andrews. The scholarship is available to students who have accepted a 2024 PGIM Summer Internship and identify as Black, Hispanic/Latine, Indigenous Peoples, Asian or Pacific Islander, LGBTQ+, a Veteran, a student with a disability, and/or a first-generation college student.
Winners will receive a 529 Savings Plan funded at $10,000, a paid internship, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
To be considered for the PGIM Scholarship Program, candidates must “opt-in” when applying for opportunities with the following groups: PGIM Fixed Income, PGIM Investments, PGIM Private Capital, PGIM Real Estate, PGIM Quantitative Solutions and PGIM Operations & Innovation.
