cameron.lochhead@pgim.comCameron A. Lochhead is a Managing Director and Global Head of the Institutional Relationship Group (IRG) at PGIM. In this role, Mr. Lochhead oversees chief investment officer relationships with our top institutional investor clients across all PGIM businesses and manages institutional client relationships in Canada and the United States. Prior to joining PGIM in July 2016, Mr. Lochhead was a regional director for Russell ...Investments’ Americas institutional business where he advised clients on the implementation of multi-asset investment strategies and was responsible for managing relationships with leading corporate and public retirement plans and other large pools of capital. He also served as a voting fiduciary on Russell’s Retirement Plan Committee. As an original partner of Guggenheim Partners, he held several management positions and led investment advisory relationships with institutional clients and family offices. Mr. Lochhead received a B.A. degree in English from Hobart College and holds Series 3, 7, 24, 63, and 65 licenses.

Prior to joining PGIM, Josh was the Head of Defined Contribution for Russell Investments where he was responsible for the leadership, strategic direction, and growth of Russell Investments’ U.S. Defined Contribution (DC) asset management business across the institutional and intermediary channels. Prior to his twelve years at Russell Investments, Josh spent nine years at Hewitt Associates.
Highly regarded throughout the industry and a recognized DC thought leader, Josh served a three-year term (2013-2015) as a member of the Department of Labor’s ERISA Advisory Council on policies and regulations affecting employee benefit plans governed by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act. Josh is also actively involved with several industry organizations, including the Defined Contribution Institutional Investment Association (DCIIA), serving as an executive committee member and former Chair of the Retirement Research Board, and the Employee Benefit Research Institute (EBRI), serving as a member of the Board of Trustees and Research Chair. For 2016, Josh was identified by Chief Investment Officer (CIO) magazine as one of the world’s most influential investment thought leaders by being named to the annual Knowledge Brokers list. This marked the fourth consecutive year Josh has received this recognition.
Josh earned his BA from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Chicago. Josh holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

In this role, Keshav focuses on chief investment officer relationships for PGIM’s institutional clients in the United States and Canada. Prior to joining IRG, Keshav spent three years in PGIM Investments as co-head of the exchange-traded funds business where he was responsible for the firm’s entrance into the space, launching six actively-managed ETFs that grew to over $750 million in assets under his leadership. He also has spent time in the business strategy group at PGIM, supporting the CEO and the firm’s other senior leaders.
Keshav joined PGIM from Limestone Capital Advisors, a boutique oil and gas private equity firm focused on outbound investment from Asia into the U.S. energy sector. Prior to that, he was a Senior Associate at the global management consulting firm McKinsey & Company where he worked on strategy for financial services firms.
He received a B.A. and B.S. from The University of Texas at Austin where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa with highest honors and was elected student body president of the 50,000-student campus. He is currently an MBA Candidate in the New York University Stern School of Business Executive MBA Program.
Keshav is also an Officer in the United States Navy Reserve.
He holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses. -

Mr. Hsin is an Executive Director of PFIA and is responsible for distribution of PGIM Fixed Income’s services to non-Japan Asia Pacific institutional investors. Prior to joining PGIM Fixed Income, Mr. Hsin was a Relationship Manager and Vice President at Capital International, based ...in Singapore. He also held senior sales and business development positions at Barclays Global Investors (BlackRock) and Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where he worked closely with the respective client advisory groups with a focus on providing client solutions to Asian institutions. Mr. Hsin received a BS degree in Finance from Oregon State University and a MBA degree from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Before joining PGIM Japan in December 2017, Mr. Kunisawa spent six years at PIMCO Japan, where he was a senior client manager for financial institutions before taking the reins of pension business. Prior to that, Mr. Kunisawa ...worked at BlackRock Japan (formerly Barclays Global Investors), where he was a senior member of the team in charge of iShares (ETF Business) in Japan. Mr. Kunisawa began his career at Nippon Life Insurance in 1994. During his 14-year tenure at Nippon Life, Mr. Kunisawa assumed various roles including US Fixed Income portfolio manager at NLI International in New York.

Mr. Nowell has a strong track record in developing, leading and improving the performance of sales teams across Europe and the U.K.

Prior to joining PGIM, Mr. Nowell served as Managing Director with BlackRock’s institutional client businesses in the U.K. During his tenure, he oversaw investment strategies for several top 100 U.K. pension schemes, with £5 billion to £20 billion of assets. He also provided insight on issues such as asset allocation and risk management.
Before joining BlackRock, Nowell was vice president, head of EMEA sales for Janus Capital Group, responsible for sales teams covering institutional and financial intermediary markets in the U.K., Europe, and the Middle East. He has also served as director of corporate marketing for UBS Global Asset Management and held a variety of roles at KPMG, where he provided strategic advice and pensions scheme design to defined contribution plans and established a new marketing team to support the employee benefit and tax practice.

He started his career managing institutional sales for ING Australia, as well as spending several years in the U.K. leading institutional sales for Daiwa SB Investments. Cameron holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Technology Sydney.
