Share Class Pricing Guide

PGIM Investments give your clients the flexibility to choose from various pricing options: Class A, Class B, and Class C. Each share class represents an investment in the same fund and is managed by the same portfolio manager. Our pricing options allow you to tailor an investment to meet individual client needs and preferences.

Before considering which share class is right for your client, it is important to gather as much information as possible, including:

  • How much does your client intend to invest?
  • What is your client’s investment time horizon?
  • Will the investment qualify your client for a reduction or waiver of any applicable sales charges based on various asset breakpoints?

The answers to these questions, along with information specific to your client’s financial situation, will help guide you and your client in deciding on the most appropriate share class.
