Craig Foreman
Craig Foreman is an executive director at PGIM Real Estate. Based in Chicago, Craig is responsible for originating a broad range of commercial mortgage products on behalf of Core, Core Plus, and Structured debt investors, including Prudential’s General Account, and the Agencies – Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA. Since joining the company in 2015, Craig has originated more than $3 billion of loans across multiple property types and capital sources.
Prior to joining PGIM Real Estate, Craig was an associate director with GE Capital Real Estate based in Chicago. Craig was responsible for supporting the origination of fixed and floating-rate mortgages across the Midwest. Prior to his role with the debt originations team, Craig was based in Paris, FR working as a portfolio management analyst supporting GE Capital’s European investments. Craig started his career in Chicago as an asset management analyst with GE Capital.
Craig has a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University in Maryland and a master of business administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
