Daniel McKeever is an executive director at PGIM Real Estate and a portfolio manager of the senior housing strategies. Based in Madison, New Jersey, Daniel has a leadership role in all aspects of the senior housing strategies and management.
The senior housing strategies are closed-end, discretionary, commingled funds focused on investments in the senior housing industry.
Prior to his current role, Daniel served as a portfolio manager within the Core Fund group for six years. Daniel was the portfolio manager of a large single client account as well as a smaller commingled fund. His responsibilities included implementing strategic plans, analyzing investment opportunities, executing property sales strategies, negotiating financings, and structuring partnership documents, within the funds he manages.
Prior to the Core Fund group, Daniel spent seven years in an asset management role for PGIM Real Estate’s single client accounts, managing various property types, including office, multifamily, affordable housing, and retail.
Upon first joining PGIM Real Estate, Daniel spent three years in the Investment Research group. His primary responsibilities were to research the market and review the underwriting assumptions for all new acquisitions and assist the Transactions team on property sales.
Daniel has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Boston University and is a CFA charterholder.
