Steven Garland
Steven Garland is a vice president in PGIM Real Estate’s Agricultural Finance group. Based in Roseville, California, Steven is responsible for the development and management of agricultural lending relationships throughout the Central Coast and Northern California.
Steven has nearly 25 years of experience in the agricultural and commercial banking industries. Prior to joining PGIM Real Estate in 2016, he was a vice president at Farm Credit West, responsible for originating real estate loans, annual crop lines, and equipment leases in Northern California. His career includes serving in various roles in banking and finance, including as business banking manager and finance director.
Steven has a Bachelor of Science from the University of the Pacific’s Eberhardt School of Business. He holds certificates from the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University and from the Agricultural Lending Institute, a joint project of the Ag Lenders Society of California and the University Business Center at the Craig School of Business at California State University, Fresno. Steven is a Class 44 graduate of the California Agricultural Leadership Foundation’s California Agricultural Leadership Program.
