Tim Robeson is an executive director at PGIM Real Estate and portfolio manager for PGIM Real Estate’s Senior Housing fund series. Based in Madison, New Jersey, Tim has a leadership role in all aspects of the funds’ strategy and management.
Tim has previously served roles for the Senior Housing team including debt financing strategy and execution; acquisition and development sourcing, structuring and closing; and asset management. Tim has sourced and closed more than $1.5 billion of financing activity, new acquisitions and developments since joining the team in 2012.
Prior to joining the Senior Housing team, Tim was an associate in the Merchant Banking group of PGIM Real Estate. There, Tim was responsible for financial modeling, underwriting, joint venture structuring and analysis, debt workouts, and asset management for a private equity platform. In this role, Tim gained experience managing retail and industrial assets as well as multifamily and industrial development projects.
Before joining PGIM Real Estate, Tim was a senior financial reporting associate with Prudential Financial where he was responsible for financial analysis and reporting for the Company’s various domestic businesses and international insurance business.
Tim has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with emphasis in finance and global management from Susquehanna University and a master of business administration from Emory’s Goizueta Business School. Tim is an inaugural member of the American Seniors Housing Association’s Rising Leaders Program.
