EMISSIONS

  • Tracking and reporting annual CO2 reductions since 2008
  • Reevaluating all environmental performance targets as part of Net Zero commitment

Energy

  • Implementing portfolio-wide energy efficiency programs since 2009, including annual energy audits & efficiency improvement projects
  • Recognized in 2017 by ULI Greenprint for the most retrofit projects & delivered first Net Zero building

 

RENEWABLE ENERGY

  • Launched rooftop solar program in 2011, installed first solar project in 2012 & continually implement on-site solar across the portfolio
