Engin Okaya is the Managing Director of the Atlanta, Chicago, Minneapolis and New York Global Corporate Finance offices for PGIM, overseeing the private placement and mezzanine activity in those regions. She is also a Partner of PGIM Capital Partners, the middle-market mezzanine debt and structured equity fund management business, sponsored by PGIM. Prior to this role, she was the Managing Director of the New York Global Corporate Finance office for PGIM. She joined PGIM in 1998.
Mrs. Okaya received a BS from Boston College and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
