Jeffrey Dickson

Jeffrey Dickson is a Managing Director and Head of Alternatives for PGIM's private credit platform, which encompasses all leveraged Private Credit businesses, including Direct Lending, Corporate Mezzanine, Energy Mezzanine and sustainable power. Mr. Dickson has been an integral part of PGIM’s risk investing since 2000, as Managing Partner of PGIM Capital Partners, the middle-market corporate mezzanine fund complex. From 1996 to 2000, he was head of the San Francisco Global Corporate Finance office responsible for investment activities in Western U.S. He joined PGIM in 1989.

Mr. Dickson received a BS from Babson College and an MS from the MIT Sloan School of Management. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
