PGIM Real Estate Senior Director, Agricultural Finance
Anthony Moreno is a senior investment associate with PGIM Real Estate’s Agricultural Finance team. Based out of the the Fresno, CA office, Anthony is primarily responsible for agricultural mortgage loan originations, asset management, and underwriting for the Western Region with a focus on the San Joaquin Valley, Southern California, and Arizona.
Prior to joining PGIM Real Estate in 2019, Anthony served as an AVP financial analyst at Rabo Agrifinance where he was responsible for underwriting annual crop lines and agricultural mortgages for clients in the Central Valley. Anthony also worked as a credit analyst at Fresno Madera Farm Credit.
Anthony graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management Economics. He was raised in Fresno, California where he currently lives with his wife Stephanie.
