Doug St. Onge is a loan officer at PGIM Real Estate. Based in Boston, Doug is responsible for originating and structuring a broad range of multifamily mortgage products on behalf of the Agencies – Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA, with additional access to the firm’s proprietary capital sources and bridge loan capabilities
Doug joined PGIM Real Estate in 2018 as a member of the originations support staff. He spent three years focused on FHA, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac financing, during which time he facilitated construction and rehabilitation; refinance; and acquisition transactions throughout the country. Drawing on his years of experience, he focuses on multifamily transactions of all kinds, with a geographic focus in both the midwestern and northeastern regions of the U.S.
Doug has a bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
