Seth Palmer is an Executive Director with PGIM Real Estate's Agricultural Finance team. In this role, he leads the originations team and is responsible for overseeing the origination platform for agricultural and timberland real estate lending throughout the United States. Seth is located in Memphis, Tennessee.
Previously, Seth managed timberland mortgage investments in the United States and served as the Eastern regional head for agricultural mortgage lending.
Seth has more than 20 years of investment origination and management experience in the timber and agricultural sectors. Prior to joining PGIM Real Estate in 2015, Seth led origination and account management of timberland mortgage investments for MetLife in the US South and Brazil. Prior to this he worked with Sierra Pacific Industries as a forester in northern California for eight years.
Seth is a CA Registered Professional Forester and honorably served in the United States Navy. He holds an M.B.A from California State University, Chico and a Bachelor of Science in forest management from Oregon State University.
