For over 20 years, our parent company, Prudential Financial, Inc. has collaborated with YouthBuild Global (YouthBuild) to empower opportunity youth, ages 16 to 24. Through skills training across industries including construction, IT, and healthcare, YouthBuild seeks to bolster economic mobility and financial wellness through workforce development and job readiness programs.

To date, PFI has provided over $20 million in grants to YouthBuild over the last two decades and is a key partner in the company's $180 million Global Opportunity Youth commitment that was made in 2019 and is the largest private sector investment in this group.
