Nick Ivanov, CFA, is a Principal and Head of Emerging Markets Corporate Bond Research for PGIM Fixed Income. Mr. Ivanov follows high yield and investment grade emerging market corporate bonds in the Latin American and Europe, Middle East, and Asia (EMEA) regions. Prior to joining the Firm in 2008, he was a senior credit analyst for the Emerging Markets Group at JPMorgan Asset Management in New York, and, earlier, a senior credit analyst for the European credit team at JPMorgan Fleming Asset Management, London. Previously, Mr. Ivanov was a portfolio manager at Federated Investment Management Company, where he co-managed four global fixed income retail funds and six offshore institutional fixed income funds. Mr. Ivanov also held various positions in investment research and portfolio strategies for Westdeutsche Landesbank and Moody's Investors Service. He received an MA in Philosophy from Sofia University, a Full Fellowship, Federal Ministry of Science and Research, at Vienna University, and an MBA in Finance from Columbia University. Mr. Ivanov holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
