Samantha Van Belle

Samantha Van Belle is an Investment Analyst and ESG Specialist for PGIM Fixed Income, based in Newark. Ms. Van Belle is focused on developing and implementing ESG considerations in the firm's investment process. She develops new, proprietary tools to be used in PGIM FI's ESG strategies and serves as a liaison between the ESG research team, Credit Research team, Portfolio Managers, and Client Advisory Group. Ms. Van Belle is responsible for analysis of the impacts to portfolios from new ESG requirements or policy changes, responses to ESG data-related RFPs and client requests, and development of proprietary ESG tools. Prior to joining the Firm in 2023, Ms. Van Belle received a BA in Economics from Washington and Lee University.
