Fendley Ragland is an Executive Director with PGIM Real Estate Agricultural Investments team. In this role, he assists with asset management, investment analysis and acquisitions on behalf of third-party institutional investors. Fendley is located in Fresno, California.
Fendley joined PGIM Real Estate in January 2014 in Memphis where he spent two years in the row crop space. He then moved with the company to Fresno in 2016.
Prior to PGIM, Fendley was an instructor in the Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness Department at the University of Arkansas where he taught multiple undergraduate courses and served as an academic advisor for three years.
Fendley earned his Bachelor of Science and Arts Degree in Agricultural Business and Master in Agricultural Economics, both from the University of Arkansas. He is actively involved in multiple organizations, such as the College of Agriculture Alumni Society, Ag One Foundation subcommittee and the Growers Guild Vally Children's Heathcare.
