damon.dunkel@pgim.comDamon Dunkel is a Managing Director in PGIM’s Institutional Client Group, focused on DC Solutions. In this role, he promotes PGIM’s DC insights and solutions to institutional defined contribution (DC) consultants and plan sponsors.
Prior to joining PGIM, Damon worked at Goldman Sachs Asset Management leading the team responsible for the sale of personalized retirement planning and advice for institutional plan sponsors.
Prior to Goldman Sachs, he spent 9 years at Fidelity Investments, where he helped deliver personalized advice solutions for their largest 200 defined contribution clients nationally.
From 2004-2013, Damon worked at Financial Engines, assisting large defined contribution plan sponsors in the Midwest and northeast with designing and implementing enhanced retirement planning capabilities.
From 1996-2004, he worked at Principal Financial Group, where he focused on outsourcing services to defined contribution, defined benefit and non-qualified plan sponsors.
Damon earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business Management and German from Simpson College. He holds the CEBS designation in addition to FINRA 7 and 63 licenses.
