ESTABLISHED MANAGER

We have been investing in the U.S. senior housing sector through its Senior Housing Partnership fund series since 1998.

We completed our capital raise for our sixth closed-end fund in February 2020, with a total of $996 million in commitments, primarily from institutional investors.
