We partner with our wider community by playing an active role in nonprofit and mission-driven organizations. We have contributed to organizations to help youth better access training, education, and career opportunities.

KIPP

KIPP is a nonprofit network of 270 tuition-free college-preparatory public charter schools. PGIM Real Estate works with their campuses in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX; Newark, NJ, and Washington, D.C.

Since 2017, PGIM Real Estate has provided financial assistance and opportunities for PGIM Real Estate employees to provide direct assistance by reviewing students’ college entrance essays and hosting commercial real estate career-related programs at KIPP campuses around the country.

YOUTHBUILD

YouthBuild USA works with opportunity youth ages 16-24 to provide skills training in the construction industry, IT, healthcare and more, teach leadership skills for these career pathways, and help place graduates in employment opportunities.

For 8 years, PGIM Real Estate has established a global network of colleagues who support programming across many of these centers, including the U.S., UK and Mexico, by:

  • Conducting communication and business etiquette workshops, mock interviews, property tours and build days
  • Mentoring and coaching students

PROJECT DESTINED

Project Destined is a leading social impact platform that provides training in financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and real estate. Project Destined partners with corporations, schools, and non-profits to deliver training using its proprietary e-learning platform and live courses.

Project Destined leverages a work-based learning approach where scholars emerge with the skills, confidence, experiences, and networks that prepare them to secure a strong first job and become stakeholders in their community.
